Infinitum Tales (“we”, “us”) operates the website infinitumtales.com and a small set of private software tools used to run our own creative and business work. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect on this website
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. We use it only to send the newsletter. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address from our list.
Contact form. If you contact us through the site, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use it only to reply to you.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting platform may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may set cookies needed for the site to function. We do not sell this information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Third-party services. The site links to third-party platforms (for example Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, and X). Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them. Where the site embeds a third-party service, that service’s policy applies to the data it collects.
Our internal tools (“Hermes Agent”)
We operate a private automation system, referred to as Hermes Agent, that is used solely by the owner of Infinitum Tales to manage the owner’s own files and workflows. It is not offered to the public and does not accept sign-ups from anyone else.
Hermes Agent connects to the owner’s own Google account using Google’s sign-in service. The only permission it requests is the ability to create and manage files that it created itself in the owner’s Google Drive (the drive.file scope). It does not request access to email, calendar, contacts, or any other Google data, and it cannot see files it did not create.
Hermes Agent’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No data obtained through Google APIs is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Because the only account connected to Hermes Agent belongs to the operator, no visitor to this site and no member of the public has any data processed by it.
How we use information
We use the information described above to publish the newsletter, respond to messages, keep the website running, and operate our own internal tools. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and your choices
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time by using the contact page.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
